What we are

Le CEFAA (Alternating European Training Center for Apprentices) is dedicated to Hotel Catering and Tourism field. Since 1992, the center has prepared apprentices to eleven diplomas (technical certificates, technical A level exams and complementary grades) and eight jobs.
	Our assets are : Wide well-designed and modern premises offering safety for professional devices. A privileged environment in top-developing expansion, near most Paris economic districts (Paris city – CDG airport – Parc des expositions (Villepinte exhibition center) – Stade de France (big stadium) – Euro Disney, etc.) A deep partnership with catering and hotel groups like ACCOR, Disneyland resort Paris, Eliance, FLO, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Blanc brothers, Louvre hotels, Score Services, Select Service Partner, SODEXHO. Close relationships with prestigious hotels such as Bristol, Clarion St James & Albany, Georges V, Meurice, Plaza Athénée, Ritz. Modern communication : at disposal high-tech devices adapted to pedagogy. Partnership with a catering house-ware company, four restaurants for all types of serving practice, wide and sunny class-rooms, a multimedia center enabling to widen knowledge, sport facilities (pitches, gymnasium, multisport room)
