Who we are


Le CEFAA (Alternating European Training for Apprentices) is dedicated to the Hotel Catering and Tourism industries and trains 500 learners each year.

Since 1993 the CEFAA has prepared graduates to 12 diplomas (technical certificates, technical A level exams and complementary grades) in 8 disciplines, from food & professional cookery, patisserie, restaurant service, housekeeping, to wine service, bar and more.
The School has achieved many accolades and trained several “Best Apprentices” in France. The Chamber of Commerce, The Craft Guild of Chefs all recognise the CEFAA as a centre of excellence, quality and innovation.
