We organize various trainings for groups (from one week to several months long) having as main subject French gastronomy.
These training sessions are organized in extendable workshops according to your demand (discovery or improvement)

A few examples :

  • Initiation to French gastronomic cooking
  • Initiation to gastronomic service and preparation of cocktails
  • Discovery and tasting of French wines and initiation to OEnologie
  • Language workshops : initiation to professional French language
  • Professional outings and discovery of the gastronomic and cultural heritage

After several years of experience with people from various countries, we have acquired all abilities to meet your expectancies. We can also make these trainings in English or with your interpreter’s help. Do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
