Depending on his qualification, a cook take part or wholly prepare dishes on the menu. He is also in charge of cleaning working-places as well as all cooking premises.
Passed a deep professional experience, the cook will go for a seasonal or yearly missions – winter at the mountain, summer on the sea-side, or else abroad if they like traveling.

Waiter / waitress

They are in charge of selling and serving dishes from the menu at the restaurant. He is also to serve drinks at the table in the restaurant, at the bar. Room service

A room service employee is in charge of cleaning rooms, bathrooms and all premises of a hotel under the control of the house-keeper. She / He can be in charge of serving breakfasts, laundering and dry-cleaning for the clients (depending on the hotel’s regulation). She / He is to decoration with flowers and maintenance.
The promotion from room service employee to house-keeping and head of house-keeping is possible thanks to experience, practice, personal qualities and training.

Receptionist

First greeting the guest arriving at the hotel, the receptionist is to greet and manage the client. She / He is in charge of reservation, check in and out, promote hotel services and portly runs accounting and cashing in.
Good knowledge in management devices and software, speaking several foreign languages and human management allow to go up towards executive positions, like head of team, head of decks or head of staying department.
